Bu\nd\u00f6nemin benim i\u00e7in en ilgin\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk kez bir konuda hemfikir\nolmas\u0131yd\u0131. Evde kalmak\nzorunda olmak, hen\u00fcz \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc bulunamam\u0131\u015f bir vir\u00fcs y\u00fcz\u00fcnden insanlar\u0131n hastalanmas\u0131n\u0131 izlemek \u00e7ok y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131. Fakat bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te\nelimizden geldi\u011fince fiziksel ve mental olarak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kalmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herkesin sorunlarla ba\u015f etme bi\u00e7imi farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Ben bug\u00fcn sizinle biraz kendi m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemlerimi ve bir RUNDAMENTAL\nko\u015fucusu olarak ko\u015fusuz, yar\u0131\u015fs\u0131z g\u00fcnlerde neler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 k\u0131sacas\u0131 \u201cnas\u0131l evde\nkald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131\u201d payla\u015fmak istiyorum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle mesai saatleri i\u00e7erisinde evden olduk\u00e7a aktif bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam eden birisi olarak \u00e7ok da\ns\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6yleyemeyece\u011fim.\nDaha salg\u0131n \u00c7in\u2019de hen\u00fcz yay\u0131l\u0131rken, oradaki arkada\u015flar\u0131mla konu\u015ftu\u011fumda ve\nsoka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 evlerden \u00e7\u0131kamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylediklerinde, acaba bizde b\u00f6yle bir durum olsa evde neler yapar\u0131m diye\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f ve yapacak bir s\u00fcr\u00fc \u015fey bulmu\u015ftum. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla eve kapanma konusunda\nhaz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131z yakaland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 da s\u00f6yleyemem.\nFakat yine de ilk ba\u015flardaki o belirsizlik durumu beni \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc etkiledi. \u0130lk g\u00fcnler kendimi kocaman bir bo\u015flu\u011fun ve\nbilinmezli\u011fin ortas\u0131nda buldum. Yo\u011fun bir tempodan birdenbire sakinli\u011fin ortas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm i\u00e7in g\u00fcn boyu kalp at\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131 kontrol etmekte zorland\u0131m. Uykusuzluk ve\ng\u00fcvensizlik hisleriyle bo\u011fu\u015ftum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamanla farkl\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131dan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flay\u0131nca, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fu\nan\u0131n e\u015fsiz oldu\u011funu farkettim. Uzun zamand\u0131r \u00f6yle bir ko\u015fu\u015fturmacan\u0131n i\u00e7indeydim ki ilk kez bu sistemin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kabildi\u011fimi farkettim ve\nbu beni heyecanland\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/rundamental.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Image-from-iOS-30-751x1000.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Senelerdir \u00f6ncelik olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm bir s\u00fcr\u00fc \u015fey ilk kez geri plana\nat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7ok nadir anlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sabah g\u00fcn do\u011fumunu hi\u00e7 izlememi\u015ftim mesela.\nKahvemi al\u0131p her sabah g\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fu\u015funu izleyebilmenin \u0130stanbul ko\u015fu\u015fturmacas\u0131\ni\u00e7inde nas\u0131l bir l\u00fcks\noldu\u011funu farkettim. Tabi bu kalabal\u0131k ve s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k \u015fehirde g\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fu\u015f ve bat\u0131\u015f\nsaatini binalar\u0131n arkas\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fcnebildi\u011fi\nsaatler olarak de\u011ferlendiriyorum. Eskiden eve geldi\u011fimde sosyal medyaya ve\nyap\u0131lacak i\u015flerime \u00f6yle \u00e7ok g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fcyordum ki camdan d\u0131\u015far\u0131 bakmak akl\u0131ma\nbile gelmiyordu. S\u00fcrekli\nko\u015fu\u015fturmacadan bu dallara pek dikkat edemezdim. \u0130lk defa bu sene bu asma\ndallar\u0131n\u0131n filizlenmesine bu kadar yak\u0131ndan izleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldum. Yan\u0131ba\u015f\u0131mda\nbir hayat\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcp geli\u015fmesini g\u00f6rmek\ntarif edilemez bir duygu. Belki bu sene bahar\u0131 \u00f6nceki senelerdeki gibi\nparklarda ormanlarda a\u011fa\u00e7larla\ni\u00e7 i\u00e7e kar\u015f\u0131layamad\u0131k ama en az\u0131ndan bu sene\nbahar \u00f6nceki senelerde oldu\u011fu\ngibi bir ko\u015fu\u015fturmacan\u0131n i\u00e7inde\nyan\u0131m\u0131zdan ge\u00e7ip gitmedi.\nSakince oturup, hi\u00e7 acele etmeden onu g\u00fcn be g\u00fcn \u00f6z\u00fcmseyebildik.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzun zamand\u0131r ko\u015fu\u015fturmadan\nve odaklanamamaktan festival filmi yada belgesel izleyemiyor, hep k\u0131sa Netflix\ndizileri izliyordum. Bu d\u00f6nem\neskiye k\u0131yasla vaktim oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in\ninternetten 2000\u2019ler \u00f6ncesi\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019sini anlatan belgesel ya da filmler izlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131m. Eski T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi\nanlamak ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczle k\u0131yaslamak ad\u0131na \u00e7ok g\u00fczel kaynaklar buldum ve o d\u00f6nemlere ait ne kadar \u00e7ok\nkaliteli ve \u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc film\noldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcnce olduk\u00e7a \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131m. Zaman i\u00e7inde elimde biriken bir s\u00fcr\u00fc kuma\u015f\nolmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yine yo\u011funluktan bir\u00e7o\u011funu projelerimde kullanam\u0131yordum. Bahaneyle kuma\u015f ar\u015fivlerime\ndald\u0131m ve en eski kuma\u015flar\u0131mla yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnler ve \u00e7evremdekiler i\u00e7in\ny\u0131kan\u0131p tekrar kullan\u0131labilir maskeler diktim. P\u0131nar\u2019\u0131n\nher g\u00fcn evde bireysel olarak kuvvet antrenman\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildi\u011fim i\u00e7in o ve Nilg\u00fcn\u2019le kendi kendimize, her g\u00fcn kuvvet antrenman\u0131\nyapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Sonras\u0131nda Yaren Hocan\u0131n, daha sonralarda ise Asu ve Tarkan\nHocalar\u0131n Zoom \u00fczerinden\nd\u00fczenli olarak antrenman yapt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenince benden mutlusu yoktu. Art\u0131k\ni\u015fimden f\u0131rsat bulduk\u00e7a bu\nantrenmanlara kat\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Ba\u015flarda \u00e7ok zorlansam da zamanla bedenimdeki de\u011fi\u015fimi g\u00f6rd\u00fck\u00e7e daha da\nistekli kat\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Normal hayatta kendi kendine spor yapan ya da\nko\u015fuya \u00e7\u0131kan bir insan hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131m. Spor benim i\u00e7in grupla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda keyif ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir aktivite oldu. RUNDAMENTAL\u2019\u0131\nsevmemdeki en \u00f6nemli\nnedenlerden biri de zaten normalde de vakit ge\u00e7irmekten keyif ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m insanlarla spor yap\u0131yor olmamd\u0131. Haftan\u0131n 7 g\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00fcren bu antrenmanlarda core (full body,\nglutes, hips, obliques), yoga, pilates, esneme gibi antrenmanlarla&nbsp; v\u00fccudun farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerine odaklan\u0131p farkl\u0131 kas gruplar\u0131n\u0131\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran hocalar\u0131m\u0131z sayesinde karantina sonras\u0131 \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7lenmi\u015f ve b\u00fct\u00fcn\nhissederek ko\u015fuya geri d\u00f6nece\u011fimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Hatta yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fczenli\nantrenmanlar\u0131n ko\u015fu stilimize ve duru\u015fumuza \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck etkisi olaca\u011f\u0131na hi\u00e7\n\u015f\u00fcphem yok.
